Gas Detection for the Semiconductor Industry

This year, RIKEN KEIKI GmbH will once again be taking part in SEMICON Europa in Munich. Under this year’s theme, ‘Transform Tomorrow – Europe’s next era: Navigating the perfect storm’, a wide range of companies in the semiconductor business are showcasing their latest products. We are therefore delighted to present here our cutting-edge gas detection technology to you.

The highlights of this year’s SEMICON are our GD-81D and FPM-80A. With a start-up time of just 25 seconds, the GD-81D is ready for use in no time. Thanks to the M sensor, two sensors can be installed simultaneously in a single unit. It also offers a selection of more than 300 sensors, which can be easily swapped out.

The FPM-80A multi-point detection system, with its high-performance pumps, enables the detection of gases at a distance of up to 120 metres within one minute. High-performance pumps ensure strong suction power and a stable flow rate, thereby minimising response times and maintaining performance even during prolonged operation. Furthermore, the cassette tape, with a service life of 180 days, significantly reduce the frequency of maintenance. The pyrolyzer unit (optional) enables the precise detection of the gases NF₃, C₄F₆ and C₅F₈, which is an indispensable function for modern semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
