RIKEN KEIKI GmbH was established in Eschborn - Frankfurt am Main metropolis- in 2018. It operates as the European subsidiary of RIKEN KEIKI Co., Ltd, supplying advanced gas detection & measurement products and offering reliable maintenance & calibration service.
We offer gas detection technologies with a variety of products, all of which are designed and manufactured in Japan. Our products meet the highest safety standards to protect workers, facilities and the environment in a variety of industries, including the semiconductor industry, oil refineries, water treatment, firefighting and marine operations, all over Europe.

Do you offer maintenance and calibration service for portable gas detectors? Can we send them directly to you?

As end users, can we perform bump tests and calibrations ourselves?
Yes, either through manual calibration or, if available, using a docking station. Otherwise, contact the distributor from whom you purchased them.

What is the replacement interval for sensors, filters and spare parts?
It depends on the device. Please check the operating manual. You may also contact the distributor from whom you purchased the device.
As end users, are we authorised to replace parts ourselves, such as filters and sensors?
This depends on the safety regulations in your country and your agreement with our distributor. In principle, our service partners are authorised to provide full maintenance services to our customers. However, in some countries, end users receive training from our authorised partner.
