Founded in 1939 and headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, RIKEN KEIKI Co., Ltd. has grown to become a leading player in the gas detection industry. Our products are meticulously crafted at our Production and Development Centre in Kasukabe, Saitama (north of Tokyo) and our factory in Hakodate, Hokkaido. In order to meet the highest quality standards, we develop and fabricate our sensors in-house.
We are especially well known for the "GX-3R", the world's smallest and lightest portable four-gas detector, as well as the advanced Bluetooth-equipped version “GX-3R Pro”, introduced in 2019.
